Even when using the QAL you still may not get the pet.
Once the pet is in the pound its anyone's pet for the
taking. I'm also aware that once you do have the pet you
may do with it as you please regardless of what you may
have told me. Although re-pounding is not against the
neopet rules it is highly frowned upon by other neopet
players.

method to use when adoption a pet with a specific
name. You simply copy and paste the link and replace
"petnamehere" with the name of the pet that you will be
adopting. Load the page and refresh it at the time you
are given.
